Research into Comic-Book Movies: Narrative

After watching many Comic-Book Movies for research into the narrative aspect of an opening, many film openings just either have titles and also, footage of the origin story of the protaginist with titles and no dialogue (which works very surprisingly well).

Watchmen (2009)
The main narrative in this movie opening is the murder of a retired Superhero and creates the enigma for the films story. The opening is really effective as the killer is not revealed and grabs the audiences attention as it is a vey good opening.
